Frances “Frankie” Owens
Gāyo Fitness Academy is honored to have Ms Frances “Frankie” Owens as Visiting Faculty and Mentor for Pilates.
Originally from England, she is, for several years, based in USA.
Her connection with GĀYO goes back to 2008.
