May 11 @ 9:30 am - 5:00 pm

Fitness and sports professionals will receive eight hours of intensive training in the application of Body-Resistance and Weight Training for the general improvement of physical performance in daily life as well as in sport.

Functional Strength Training (FST) is highly relevant for fitness trainers. It focuses on exercises that mimic daily life movements, improving coordination, balance, strength, and overall physical function. A fitness pro, incorporating FST into client programs, can –

Enhance client results: FT improves functional strength, mobility, and coordination, leading to better overall fitness.

  • Increase client engagement: FT exercises often involve multi-planar movements, making workouts more dynamic and engaging.
  • Reduce injury risk: FT prepares clients for everyday activities, reducing injury risk and improving overall movement patterns.
  • Expand training options: FT offers a wide range of exercises and progressions, allowing trainers to create varied and challenging programs.
  • Enhance trainer expertise: Understanding FT principles and exercises demonstrates a trainer’s commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
