• Has co-presented academic papers, published in internationally reputed professional journals.

EXPERIENCE:

• Sonika taught Physiology in two leading medical colleges – cum – teaching hospitals prior to joining Gāyo Fitness Academy as Head of Faculty. She is also responsible for upgradation of course content in Anatomy & Physiology.
• Her knowledge in Fitness Nutrition and Clinical Assessments platforms her holistic approach to teaching. She has over six years of teaching experience
